Job summary

COLUMBIA Shipmanagement Ltd. is seeking self-motivated seafarers to join our expanding fleet. The role covers operation and maintenance of engine room and machinery, with emphasis on reliability and safety.

Candidates should hold STCW certifications, have at least 4 months in rank on similar vessels with two-stroke engines, and bring leadership and effective English communication to a multicultural team.

Qualifications

• Holder of valid STCW certifications.
• Minimum experience of 4 months in rank on the same vessel type and with 2-stroke engines.
• Experience in repairs and dry docking is required.
• Experience in a multicultural working environment is preferred.
• Experience in trading area USA and Australia is recommended.

Responsibilities

• Experience in repairs and dry docking is required.
• Holder of valid STCW certifications required for the position.

VESSEL'S SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum experience requirements: 4 months in Rank on the same vessel type and with 2 stroke engines.
• Experience in Deepwell Centrifugal Cargo pump system is mandatory.
• Experience in trading area USA and Australia is recommended.
• Greek Language Speaking is recommended
