Job summary

Jobtailor in Albuquerque, NM is hiring an LPCC to lead 3–4 one-hour, evidence-based group therapy sessions each day, adapting modalities to meet members where they are.

You will collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches to support whole-person care, monitor progress, document outcomes, and foster a welcoming, harm-reduction environment while engaging with the local community to improve access to treatment.

Qualifications

• Active LPCC license required.
• Minimum two years leading groups in SUD.
• Proficient with EMR/telehealth and Google tools.
• Available Mon-Thu 9:00–7:00.

Responsibilities

• Lead 3–4 one-hour, evidence-based group therapy sessions daily.
• Facilitate meaningful discussions and adapt modalities to members.
• Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches.
• Monitor member progress and document outcomes.
• Create a welcoming, harm-reduction environment.
• Engage with the local community to promote access to treatment.
