Job summary

Mindfully Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate LPCC-S to join our team in a hybrid role based out of Anderson, Ohio. The supervisor will provide clinical supervision to LPCs and counseling interns while maintaining a small caseload of at least five clients per week, and support the growth of clinical staff.

The ideal candidate mentors developing clinicians, supports professional growth, and ensures high-quality, ethical client care, all while staying engaged in direct clinical practice.

Qualifications

• Licensed LPCC-S in Ohio.
• Comfortable supervising LPCs and/or Interns under your license.
• Part-time 1099 position.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to LPCs and counseling interns.
• Maintain a small caseload of at least 5 clients per week.
