Job summary

Mindfully Behavioral Health seeks a compassionate Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor – Supervisor (LPCC-S) to join our clinical team in a hybrid Anderson, Ohio office. You will provide supervision to LPCs and interns while maintaining a small caseload of at least five clients per week, with flexibility for virtual and in-person services.

The ideal candidate is passionate about mentoring clinicians, supporting professional growth, and ensuring high-quality, ethical client care.

Qualifications

Mindfully is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and experienced Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor – Supervisor (LPCC-S) to join our clinical team. This position will provide clinical and billing supervision to LPCs and counseling interns while maintaining a small caseload of at least 5 clients per week.

This is a hybrid position based out of our Anderson, Ohio office, offering the flexibility to provide services virtually and in-person.

The ideal candidate is passionate about mentoring developing clinicians, supporting professional growth, and ensuring high-quality, ethical client care. If you enjoy helping clinicians build their skills while remaining engaged in direct clinical practice, we’d love to hear from you!

We also have office locations in Kenwood, Montgomery, Fairfield, Toledo, Dublin, and Marion.

We offer a private practice setting while doing the heavy lifting for you. You became a mental health clinician to make a difference in other people’s lives, not to manage books, insurance contracts, credentialing, facilities upkeep, and all the other details that come with running a business.

Our private practice offers autonomy and independence while maintaining a sense of community, and our Mindfully Academy provides training opportunities in different modalities and specializations, such as DBT, EMDR/Trauma, child/Adolescent, SUD, Couples/IFS/Emotion Focused/Gottman and much more.

Required qualifications:

• Licensed LPCC-S or in the state of Ohio.
• Comfortable supervising LPCs and/or Interns under your license.
• Comfortable with part-time 1099 position.

Supervisor Compensation:

$100 per payroll - granted to clinical supervisors for each supervisee.

Caseload Compensation for Supervising Clinician:

$43 to $47 per client hour depending on caseload.
