Mindfully Behavioral Health offers a hybrid part-time supervisory role for licensed LPCC-S or IMFT-S in Ohio. You will supervise LPCs, LMFTs, and interns while maintaining a small caseload of 4–5 clients per week, with opportunities for ongoing training through Mindfully Academy.

The position supports work-life balance with flexible schedules and back-office support, in a private-practice setting with a Marion, OH office option.

Qualificações

• Comfortable supervising LPCs, LMFTs, and/or Interns under your license.
• Part-time 1099 position experience is preferred.

We are seeking LPCC and IMFT Supervisors to provide clinical and billing supervision for LPCs, LMFTs, and interns while maintaining a small caseload of at least 4–5 clients per week. This is a hybrid position, with opportunities to work both virtually and from our Marion, OH office. Required qualifications:

• Licensed LPCC-S or IMFT-S in the state of Ohio.
• Comfortable supervising LPCs, LMFTs, and/or Interns under your license.
• Comfortable with part-time 1099 position.

Supervisor Compensation:

· $100 per payroll - granted to clinical supervisors for each supervisee.

Caseload Compensation for Supervising Clinician:

· $43 to $47 per client hour depending on caseload.
