Job summary

PATH Counseling and Wellness is seeking a full-time LPC-S or LMFT-S to join our collaborative Dallas-based team. You will provide individual, couples, and family therapy, perform intake assessments, and develop treatment plans in a supportive, client-centered setting.

You will supervise provisionally licensed clinicians, guide professional growth, and uphold ethical practice while engaging in ongoing professional development within a stable, multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Active Texas LPC-S or LMFT-S license in good standing with supervision eligibility.
• Experience delivering individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based approaches.
• Strong skills in assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and clinical documentation in outpatient settings.
• Ability to supervise and mentor associate-level clinicians.
• Commitment to culturally responsive, trauma-informed care and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy on-site in Dallas.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans and progress notes.
• Conduct intake assessments and coordinate care with other providers.
• Offer guidance, supervision, and mentoring to provisional clinicians.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to a positive team culture.
