Job summary

AOC Outreach Services-Dallas is seeking compassionate LPC-A and LMSW therapists to join our outpatient behavioral health team. This role provides individual, family, and child-focused therapy in both office/outpatient and in-home settings.

Ideal candidates enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults, and families, and use a range of evidence-based approaches such as play therapy, CBT, and trauma-informed therapy. Strong collaboration with families and schools is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or related field from an accredited program.
• Current LPC-Associate/LPC-A license in the applicable state with supervision toward independent licensure.
• Must be eligible for and/or actively receiving clinical supervision toward licensure as required by state regulations.
• Experience with children, adolescents, families, or behavioral health populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and/or child therapy in outpatient and in-home settings.
• Provide developmentally appropriate play therapy for children.
• Utilize CBT and other evidence-based interventions to address emotional and mental health concerns.
• Provide family therapy to improve communication and family functioning.
• Complete comprehensive clinical assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Establish measurable treatment goals and monitor client progress.
• Provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive, client-centered services.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, schools, physicians, and other treatment team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation and confidentiality.
• Participate in supervision, case consultation, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development.
