Thriveworks is seeking provisionally licensed clinicians pursuing Pennsylvania licensure (LPC) to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions at our Bensalem, PA location. The role requires availability for a probationary period in office, then a hybrid model (50% in office / 50% remote).

We offer competitive compensation up to $51,700 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities, plus benefits like health insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Approved by the board to pursue independent licensure in Pennsylvania.
• Must reside within 45 minutes of the office.
• Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program.
• Graduate or post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety is required.
