Thriveworks is seeking provisionally licensed clinicians pursuing Pennsylvania licensure as an LPC to provide telehealth sessions. Remote, full-time position with up to $51,700 annual compensation based on licensure type and session volume.

Thriveworks offers health insurance, loan repayment assistance, PTO, and other benefits. We support clinicians with credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing, helping you build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing.

Qualifications

• Approved by the board as a LAPC.
• Must be seeking independent licensure and living in Pennsylvania.
• Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program.
• Must meet PA State Requirements for Pre-Associate Licensure.
• Experience treating depression and anxiety in counseling settings.
• Experience conducting intakes and diagnosing under supervision (preferred).
• Available for at least 25 sessions weekly with 30 hours of availability.
• Open to treating diverse clients including couples and children.
• Familiar with telehealth and EHR tools.
• A collaborative teammate contributing to Thriveworks community.
