Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Bethlehem, PA. The role offers a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians with 30+ hours per week. You will join a nationwide hybrid care model that supports a diverse client base and a collaborative clinical community.

Eligible roles include LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PhD. Full-time clinicians receive health insurance, 401(k) matching, PTO, student loan assistance, and ongoing training while building

Qualificações

• Independently licensed and living in Pennsylvania — LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD.
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly.
• Open to treating couples and children; invested in measurable progress.
• Comfort working with telehealth and clinical technology.

Responsabilidades

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to clients via telehealth and in-person sessions.
• Manage a full caseload and collaborate with a clinical team through EHR systems.
• Support clients in achieving measurable progress and maintain thorough documentation.
