Job summary

Thriveworks is a mental health care company seeking provisionally licensed clinicians pursuing Pennsylvania licensure as an LPC to provide telehealth sessions. Ideal candidates are LAPC-approved and in PA, with a 60-credit hour program, and experience in treating depression and anxiety.

Qualifications

• Approved by the board as a LAPC.
• Must be seeking independent licensure and living in Pennsylvania.
• Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program.
• Must meet PA State Requirements for Pre-Associate Licensure.
• Graduate or post-graduate experience in counseling treating depression and anxiety.
• Experience conducting intakes and diagnosing under supervision (preferred).
• Available for at least 25 sessions with 30 hours weekly.
• Open to diverse client types including couples and children.
• Comfort with telehealth and clinical tech (EHR, platforms).
• Collaborative team player in a clinical community.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to clients.
• Develop and maintain a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing.
• Coordinate with supervisors for case consultation and supervision.
• Utilize telehealth and EHR tools to document sessions.
• Maintain flexible scheduling to serve clients seven days a week.
