Responsibilities

• Provide brief assessment and interventions for adults, children, and families in primary care.
• Discuss psychotropic medications with patients and coordinate with primary care providers.
• Administer screenings using standardized measures for mental health and SUD.
• Offer motivational interviewing and behavioral activation to support self-management.
• Document all interactions in electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop treatment plans.
