Job summary

Divergent, a leader in advanced manufacturing and integration, is hiring an Integration Technician II-III in Long Beach, CA. This hands-on role combines mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control system work to integrate large-format LPBF printers from sub-assemblies.

You will follow MES work orders, ensure configuration control, and support cross-functional teams to resolve integration challenges. Join Divergent's factory ramp in Long Beach and contribute to repeatable work instructions,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on mechanical/electromechanical assembly or related technical experience.
• Experience with large or heavy assemblies and approved handling equipment.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, specs, and work instructions.
• Experience using MES, ERP, work orders, or digital manufacturing systems.
• Ability to work independently on integration activities while collaborating with teams.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and integrate large-format LPBF printers per MES work orders and drawings.
• Install, align, route, and connect mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control interfaces.
• Verify interfaces between sub-assemblies and ensure proper hardware identification and traceability.
• Troubleshoot and perform rework, adjustments, and corrective actions as needed.
• Support engineering with root-cause analyses and documentation updates.
