Qualifications

• 1+ year in a high-volume customer service and/or retention environment.
• Proven track record of strong FCR and CSAT/NPS performance.
• Hands-on technical support experience troubleshooting devices, software, and connectivity.
• Experience using CRM/ticketing systems to document interactions and track issues.
