Responsibilities

• Book incremental business via telephone and outbound contact methods.
• Utilize a company database to contact inactive/declining/un-hosted Guests per PD lead.
• Verify Guest information, book reservations, promote brand loyalty, and establish relationships for future marketing.
• Follow up with Guests regularly.
