Job summary

You will schedule hourly marketing team members, support all special events, and communicate with departments across the hotel to maintain consistent branding and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Effective communication with Guests, Team Members and Management.
• Independently plan, organize, and complete work.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to set and achieve high standards of performance.
• Able to handle multiple assignments under time constraints.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all marketing functions on the Property.
• Send all fact sheets for special events/promotions/concerts.
• Generate reports from CMS.
• Schedule hourly marketing Team Members.
• Work all special events/promotions.
• Communicate with all departments within the hotel on all levels.
