Principle BMW of San Antonio is seeking a Loyalty Team Member to deliver exceptional customer service over the phone and in person. You will handle 60–100 calls daily, set up client appointments, and maintain proactive follow-ups via email and texts. A fast learner with strong communication and de-escalation skills will thrive in our fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

• 1 Yr. previous Call Center Customer Service or Sales experience required.
• Must be proficient in English.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Internet sales experience is a plus.
• Professional personal appearance.
• Ability to work comfortably with the public.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid state of residence driver's license.
• Required to pass a drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• 60 to 100 Incoming / Outgoing calls per day.
• Set up appointments for clients.
• Maintain constant follow-ups with potential clients through emails and texts.
• Be prepared to answer and/or research the client's questions.
• Provide a high level of excellent customer service.
• Ability to de-escalate situations.
• Other responsibilities as they are given.
