Responsibilities

• Deliver daily operational support for the Lower School Afterschool Program.
• Coordinate activities and homework sessions, ensuring a safe, engaging environment.
• Serve as the primary on-site liaison for parents, staff, and leadership.
• Update program materials, family handbooks, and registration systems in collaboration with the Director.
• Plan daily/weekly enrichment workshops and manage inventory and supplies.
• Monitor attendance, schedule changes, and safe dismissal of participants.
• Communicate proactively with families regarding schedules and student progress.
• Collaborate with nurses or health staff for students with medical needs.
