Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, leveraged finance, credit investing, private debt, corporate banking, or a related field.
• Strong financial modeling, accounting, and analytical skills.
• Experience evaluating leveraged transactions and performing credit analysis is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new direct lending investment opportunities across a broad range of industries
• Build and maintain detailed financial models, including downside and scenario analyses
• Perform credit underwriting, industry research, and company diligence
• Prepare investment memoranda and presentation materials for internal approval processes
• Participate in management meetings, lender calls, and due diligence sessions
• Support transaction execution, including documentation review and coordination with external advisors
• Assist with ongoing portfolio management and monitoring of existing investments
• Work closely with senior investment professionals on all aspects of the deal lifecycle
