Job summary

You will conduct market and industry research, build financial models, and perform valuation and return analysis on targets. You will also assist portfolio operations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Investment Banking experience specializing in M&A at a middle or lower-middle market bank.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Strong financial analysis, modeling, budgeting and forecasting skills (modeling test to be taken).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and exceptional work ethic.
• Interest or experience in sectors such as business services, technology, industrials, manufacturing, consumer or retail.
