Qualifications

• 1-3 years of investment banking experience.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Experience supporting M&A transactions and due diligence processes.
• Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and execute new platform investment opportunities.
• Perform financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis.
• Conduct industry, market, and company due diligence.
• Support transaction execution and deal process management.
• Participate in add-on acquisition sourcing and execution.
• Assist in investment committee materials and presentations.
• Partner with portfolio companies on strategic and operational initiatives.
• Monitor portfolio company performance and support value creation efforts.
