Qualifications

• 3 years experience with Security Alarm systems, CCTV, and Card Access systems.
• Must be organized and able to multitask effectively.

Job Description

Tasks / Duties / Responsibilities

1. Must be able to troubleshoot and diagnose effectively.
2. Clearly articulate labor task in CMMS.
3. Will be on rotating Maintenance On-Call.
4. Manage inventory levels.
5. Order supplies and manage vendors.

Skills

1. Understands low voltage electrical troubleshooting.
2. Able to install new hardware.
3. Ability to communicate clearly and accurately both written and verbal.
4. Able to work alone and own projects from start to finish.
5. Ability to work under pressure.
6. Must be organized and be able to multitask.

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
3. 3 years experience servicing Security Alarm systems (Fire and Burglar systems), CCTV, and Card Access systems.
4. Understanding how to diagnose, fix and replace equipment.
5. Valid Drivers License.

Additional Information

Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, PA are encouraged to apply.
