Job summary

CSI of the Southeast is seeking an experienced Technical Trainer & Field Training Specialist who is passionate about developing people and building technical expertise in commercial low‑voltage systems. This on-site role is based in Maynardville, TN and focuses on hands‑on and classroom instruction for field technicians.

You will create training materials, deliver sessions, coach technicians on installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer service, and collaborate with Operations to

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial low voltage or related field.
• Experience training, mentoring, or leading field technicians preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel across the United States, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom, hands-on, and field training to technicians.
• Develop and maintain training materials, guides, and SOPs.
• Coach technicians on installation, troubleshooting, and customer service.
• Ensure work meets manufacturer specs and CSI quality expectations.
• Maintain training records and progress reports.
