Group CBS, Inc. seeks a Technical Training Instructor to develop, deliver, and evaluate technical training for Apprentices and Field Service Technicians.

The role combines extensive field experience with instructional leadership to ensure high-level electrical knowledge, practical skills, and safe work practices for testing, maintenance, commissioning, and troubleshooting of low, medium, and high-voltage systems.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and delivering technical training for apprentices.
• Strong field experience with electrical testing, maintenance, commissioning, and troubleshooting of LV/HV systems.
• Ability to mentor and act as SME for technicians and customers.
• Knowledge of OSHA and NFPA 70E standards.
• Collaborates with Operations and Supervisors to align training with company standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, and evaluate technical training for Apprentices.
• Serve as SME and mentor for Field Service Technicians and Customers.
• Support workforce development initiatives and apprenticeship program goals.
• Ensure training aligns with company standards, NETA practices, OSHA requirements, NFPA 70E, and customer expectations.
