Job summary

Zohorecruit seeks an experienced Project Manager for low-voltage systems to lead commercial technology projects in the Sarasota/Tampa market. You will own scope, schedule, budget, procurement, subcontractors, and client communication from turnover to warranty hand off.

The role requires managing CCTV/IP video, access control, intrusion, structured cabling, and AV systems with strong business and technical acumen. Hybrid office presence and local travel are expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in commercial low-voltage, electronic security, structured cabling, AV, or related construction/tech field.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction documents and electrical plans.
• Experience managing project budgets, labor costs, change orders, and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from turnover through final acceptance and warranty hand off.
• Develop and maintain project schedules; coordinate with GC schedules and long-lead equipment.
• Lead kickoff meetings to confirm scope, budget, and bid assumptions; attend progress meetings.
• Administer project docs in Procore; produce weekly status reports; ensure closeout documentation.
