Next Level Technician is seeking an Assistant Project Manager – Low Voltage / Structured Cabling in Lakeland, FL. This hybrid role supports project managers and field teams, coordinating schedule, materials, and site readiness while providing on-the-job training and progress updates.

You will assist in field execution, manage BOM-based material requisitions, and help ensure quality and customer satisfaction across projects for a national leader in low voltage staffing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of experience in construction, industrial, telecommunications or related blue-collar field.
• Construction or project coordination experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.”

Responsabilités

• Assist the Project Manager with scheduling field personnel and activities.
• Monitor schedules and help adjust plans as conditions change.
• Prepare material requisitions based on BOMs.
• Coordinate tasks with material availability.
• Track site readiness and potential issues in execution.
• Assist with site access and required personnel documentation.
• Support field execution and provide hands-on coaching.
