Job summary

Zohorecruit in Sarasota, FL seeks an experienced Project Manager - Low Voltage Systems to lead the delivery of commercial technology projects across the Sarasota/Tampa market. You will own scope, schedule, budget, procurement, subcontractors, field crews, documentation and client communication.

The role requires 3+ years of PM experience in low-voltage, CCTV/IP, access control, AV, and related construction tech.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in commercial low-voltage or related field.
• Experience managing project budgets, labor costs, change orders, and financial performance.
• Proficiency with Procore or similar PM platforms.
• Ability to read construction documents and electrical plans.
• Valid Florida driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from turnover to warranty hand-off.
• Develop and communicate project schedules with GC and trades.
• Lead kickoff meetings to confirm scope, budget, and exclusions.
• Attend OAC, coordination, pre-construction, and progress meetings.
• Administer project documentation in Procore.
• Produce weekly status reports for leadership and clients.
• Manage procurement, subcontractors, and field crews.
• Monitor P&L, labor, material costs, and margins.
