Job summary

Conti LLC is seeking a motivated Low Voltage Assistant Project Manager in Tampa, FL to support the delivery of security, AV, access control, and low-voltage projects. You will work with Project Managers, field teams, vendors, and clients to plan, coordinate, and execute initiatives from initiation through closeout.

The role requires 2–5 years in relevant industries, strong organizational skills, basic networking knowledge, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in low-voltage, security, AV, telecommunications, or electrical industries.
• Experience supporting installation or service projects involving security or low-voltage systems.
• Understanding of project coordination, scheduling and documentation.
• Basic networking concepts (IP addressing, device connectivity).
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background screening.
• Ability to travel 10–20% as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in defining scope, schedules, objectives, and deliverables.
• Support planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and milestone tracking.
• Prepare project documentation, meeting minutes, and action item logs.
• Track progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Assist with closeout activities, test reports, as-builts, and client acceptance.
• Monitor budgets and track labor, materials, and change orders.
