Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is required or equivalent experience.
• Basic knowledge of A&E industry, codes, design guides and standards.
• Proficiency with Revit and Bluebeam Revu for Low Voltage Design.
• MEP/Construction industry experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepares design documents, system layouts, drawings and schematics under supervision.
• Assists with engineering calculations and basic design tasks.
• Reviews shop drawings for conformance and participates in field verification as directed.
• Collaborates with client requirements and project scope with design team.
• Supports project coordination, including emails, scope tracking, and schedules.
• May participate in business development and attend client events.
• Visits job sites for observation and professional development.
• Develops proficiency in industry software and office tools.
