RevCats seeks experienced leaders to drive field crews on hyperscale data center projects across the United States, with the Montgomery, AL site as a focal location. Four positions are available; 100% travel is required and travel expenses/per diem are provided. Local candidates may be considered.

Compensation includes $33-$38/hour (W2) plus overtime and bonus pooling, or a $75,000 annual salary. Both contract and full-time employment are possible, but contract-only candidates will not be

Formación

• 2-5 years of low-voltage/structured cabling experience and 1-2 years of field leadership experience.
• Expertise with fiber/copper infrastructure, tools, and installation processes.
• Ability to interpret scopes of work, bills of materials, blueprints, and schedules.
• Strong communication, delegation, and workforce coordination skills. Hyperscale data center expertise is required, with experience during construction and post-construction highly desirable.
• BICSI installer/technician credentials and confined-space certification are a plus. No bachelor's degree is required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead field operations for large low-voltage and structured cabling projects. Supervise at least 15 technicians.
• Plan staffing and daily goals.
• Manage schedules, complete timesheets, coordinate materials and deliveries, track costs and changes, and maintain project documentation. Work closely with Project Managers and customers to deliver safe, high-quality installations on schedule. Train technicians and enforce site and company procedures.

About the role

Lead field crews on hyperscale data center projects in Montgomery, Alabama. Four positions are available. Candidates may live anywhere in the United States and must be available for 100% travel; travel expenses and per diem are provided. Local candidates may also be considered.
