Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Project Manager for our Lowell, AR office, serving the National Electric Service department. The role requires extensive experience as a low-voltage foreman with a strong emphasis on office paperwork and daily project coordination.

The position is Monday to Friday, 8 am–5 pm, with responsibilities across planning, bidding, procurement, and field coordination. Hybrid travel to customer sites may occur as projects progress.

Qualifications

• Experience as a low-voltage foreman or similar field work plus office/paperwork experience.
• Familiarity with engineered drawings, bid specifications, and construction take-offs.
• Proficient with computers including email, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office apps.
• Excellent customer relationship and written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational tasks.
• Perform all five phases of the project life cycle from initiation to closeout.
• Hire and assign resources as needed.
• Create bid sheets and proposals for small projects.
• Order materials and equipment for projects.
• Conduct quality and safety audits of materials and equipment.
• Provide weekly/monthly financial forecasts and revenue projections.
• Coordinate site timing with customers and technicians.
