Job summary

Technibus, Inc. is seeking a Low Voltage Project Manager in Suwanee, GA to oversee security systems projects from initiation to turnover. You will supervise staff, plan installations, and control costs while meeting safety and quality standards.

The role requires 5+ years in security systems, access control, and CCTV, with a high school diploma minimum (Bachelor’s preferred). Travel within the region may be required, and a strong proficiency with MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years verifiable experience in security systems, access control and CCTV.
• Experience with leading security systems vendors/manufacturers is a plus.
• Must be able to travel within branch or regional territory as needed.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, MS Project).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and interfaces with customers.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, supervise and manage project staff per company policies.
• Manage workload distribution and monitor customer delivery and job installation progress.
• Plan for and maintain project profitability to achieve company goals.
• Review job cost postings, prepare invoices, and provide financial reporting.
• Manage quality and safety issues on customer work.
• Participate in or facilitate the bid process.
• Act as liaison with customer representatives and drive process improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
