Job summary

Basesix is seeking a Project Manager in Atlanta, GA to lead and coordinate multiple projects involving low voltage systems, fire and security expertise. You will manage scopes, schedules, budgets, and client communications, while ensuring safety and quality across site visits and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Five years or more of work experience in a project management or similar role strongly preferred.
• Knowledge and experience with low voltage technology and industry, fire, and security experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Great organizational skills.
• Ability to run multiple projects simultaneously.
• Competitive spirit and customer service mindset.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing schedules and scenarios.
• Ability and willingness to travel as needed.
• Valid Drivers License.

Responsibilities

• Determine or validate scope of work, including visiting client sites and creating layout drawings of equipment rooms and office setup.
• Support Sales & Estimating in design, scheduling, and material specifications for proposals.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed and effective.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate scheduling of technicians and subcontractors for all projects.
• Coordinate purchasing and delivery of project materials and provide on-site verification of quality.
• Interface with customers on-site to communicate project progress and changes.
• Initiate Change Orders with customers and obtain approvals.
• Provide documentation and progress reports to meet reporting deadlines.
• Maintain project cost and time budgets and ensure profitability.
• Keep supervisors informed of progress and risks to completion.
