Job summary

Wachter is seeking a Project Manager in Mt. Laurel, NJ to support low voltage projects on the business side, including scheduling, purchasing, billing, permits and documentation.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years coordinating low voltage deployments such as structured cabling, access control, CCTV, AV, and Wi‑Fi, preferably in new construction across multi-site operations. This is an office-based role with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing or coordinating low voltage projects.
• Familiarity with low voltage project documents: bid specs, drawings, submittals, closeout.
• Experience with scheduling and billing in a contracting environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational tasks for multiple low voltage projects.
• Provide logistical project support and maintain project files.
• Coordinate scheduling, purchasing, and vendor coordination.
• Process purchase orders, invoices, and closeout documentation.
• Participate in process improvements to boost team efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and company standards.
