Prime Connected is hiring a Low Voltage Project Manager to lead multi-location technology deployments, manage customer relationships, and oversee field technicians from kickoff to completion in the Omaha area.

This exempt, full-time role emphasizes customer satisfaction, project performance, and team execution, with approximately 5–10% travel and growth opportunities within a national low voltage solutions provider.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing projects, field operations, or customer relationships.
• Experience in low voltage, structured cabling, or technology deployments is strongly preferred.
• Degree preferred but not required with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Own project performance including schedule, budget, and profitability.
• Lead multiple projects from planning to closeout.
• Monitor costs and forecasts, identify budget risks.
• Coordinate customers, field technicians, internal teams, and partners.
• Track progress and communicate status and actions to stakeholders.
• Direct up to 10 field technicians, including scheduling and feedback.
• Set expectations for quality, safety, and customer service.
• Build customer relationships and identify upsell opportunities.
