Job summary

Prime Connected is seeking a Low Voltage Project Manager to lead multi-location technology deployments, manage customer relationships, and oversee field technicians in the Omaha area. The role owns projects from kickoff through completion, focusing on customer satisfaction, project performance, and team execution.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of project management experience in low voltage or technology deployments; a degree is preferred but not required with relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing projects, field operations, or customer relationships in low voltage, structured cabling, telecommunications, construction, or technology integration.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and leading field teams or technicians.
• Experience in low voltage, structured cabling, telecommunications, construction, or technology deployments is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• A degree is preferred but not required with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall performance of assigned projects, including customer satisfaction, schedule, budget, and profitability.
• Manage multiple projects from planning and kickoff through execution and closeout, keeping work on scope, on schedule, and within budget.
• Monitor labor, materials, project costs, and financial forecasts. Identify risks to budget or margin early and take action to keep projects financially healthy.
• Coordinate customers, field technicians, internal teams, and external partners to keep projects moving and resolve issues quickly.
• Track project progress and communicate status, risks, budget concerns, and corrective actions to customers and leadership.
• Directly manage up to 10 low voltage field technicians, including scheduling, performance feedback, and development.
• Set expectations for installation quality, safety, professionalism, and customer service.
• Build customer relationships and identify opportunities for additional projects and services.
