Job summary

Esi Electrical Contractors, Inc. seeks a Project Engineer to support our Boise project teams. You will track costs, monitor progress, manage change orders, and assist in scheduling and submittals to ensure on-time, within-budget project delivery.

The role requires a construction management background or electrical apprenticeship with 3+ years of relevant experience, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate across the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field required.
• Electrical Apprenticeship or equivalent experience of 3+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track design changes and updates to construction contracts.
• Track project progress and costs alongside schedule updates.
• Coordinate design changes within the construction team.
• Assist with preparing change orders and maintaining change order logs.
• Assist with developing and maintaining project schedules.
• Assist with submittals logs and RFI logs.
• Prepare project submittals and submit RFIs to client.
