Job summary

OEG, Inc. in Boise, ID is seeking a Project Engineer to support the project team in tracking job costs, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. The ideal candidate has a construction management background or related experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.

Background checks may be required; travel up to 10% is expected. The role includes coordinating design changes with the construction team and maintaining project

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor-level understanding of construction management or related field.
• This role requires experience or formal training in tracking job costs and schedules.
• Strong communication skills and confidentiality are essential.
• Experience with submittals, RFIs and design-change coordination is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Tracking construction contract design changes and updates.
• Tracking project construction progress in relation to job costs.
• Coordinating design changes within the construction team.
• Assist with preparation of change orders and maintenance of project change order log.
• Assist with development and maintenance of project schedule and submittals/RFI logs.
