Job summary

LINX is seeking a skilled Low Voltage Foreman to lead onsite coordination for commercial construction projects in Denver. You will supervise low voltage technician teams, manage work orders, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality.

Strong communication with customers, crew, and management is essential. The role focuses on structured cabling installation, safety, and training, with duties including cost tracking, crew adjustments, and coordination with project managers.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years Low Voltage / Structured Cabling experience.
• 1–2 years in a field leadership role.
• Strong preference for hyperscale data center experience.
• Efficiently delegate tasks and manage teams to meet project goals.
• Follow project processes while ensuring timeline commitments are met.
• Communicate effectively through strong written and oral skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project execution, meeting technical, quality, cost, and profitability objectives while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Manage workforce planning, including hiring contract workers, tracking labor, timesheets, and addressing personnel issues.
• Lead and train teams with daily goals, supervision, and technical training to ensure efficiency and safety compliance.
• Monitor progress and costs using tracking reports (e.g., Bluebeam) and adjust crews/materials as needed.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure open communication at sites.
• Participate in pre- and post-bid meetings with PMs, Estimating, and Sales teams.
