Prime Partners is seeking an experienced Low Voltage Foreman to lead field crews on structured cabling installations across commercial new construction and healthcare facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in structured cabling installation, termination, testing, and documentation.
• Ability to lead and manage field crews.
• Strong knowledge of voice and data cabling systems and support infrastructure.
• Clear, professional communication with clients and occupants.
• Stable work history with a long-term growth mindset.
• Healthcare facility experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a crew of up to 4 technicians, including teams of 2 across project areas.
• Oversee installation of voice and data cabling systems, ensuring workmanship meets standards.
• Communicate with clients, general contractors, and occupants regarding scope and progress.
• Inspect installs for quality and adherence to industry standards.
• Coordinate material pickups, tool management, and daily field logistics.
• Represent the company with professionalism on every job site.
