Job summary

ECAM, a GardaWorld company, seeks a proactive Tier II Low Voltage Technician in Alexandria, VA to design, install, service, test, and maintain Mobile Surveillance Units (MSUs), CCTV, alarms, and related equipment.

You will conduct weekly maintenance, support project teams, update branch staff, manage inventory, and build strong client relationships while staying current on technologies and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• One year of hands-on CCTV or alarm installation experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 75% of the time.
• Pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Ensure MSUs and sites are fully operational and documented; perform weekly maintenance.
• Collaborate with operations to complete projects on time and on budget.
• Support site surveys, inventory management, and client communications.
• Review video footage when requested and keep branch staff informed.
• Foster professional client relationships and safety-focused practices.
