ECAM, a GardaWorld Company, seeks a proactive Tier II Low Voltage Technician in Richmond, VA. You will design, install, service, test, and maintain MSUs, CCTV, alarms, and related equipment, ensuring sites are operational and well-documented.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all Mobile Surveillance Units (MSUs) and commercial sites under maintenance agreements are fully operational, clean, and accurately documented.
• Perform weekly preventative maintenance.
• Collaborate with operations teams to guarantee timely, on-budget project completion.
• Support subcontractors, installers, project coordinators, engineering managers, and sales personnel by conducting thorough site surveys.
• Provide consistent communication and updates to branch staff.
• Prepare and submit detailed daily activity reports.
• Stay current and knowledgeable in mobile surveillance systems and related technologies.
• Manage and update MSU and job site inventory records.
• Foster and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
• Keep Account Executives and branch personnel informed of any issues or developments at customer sites.
• Safely transport MSUs to, from, and between customer locations.

Based in Richmond, VA, you'll design, install, service, test, and maintain Mobile Surveillance Units (MSUs), CCTV, alarms, and related equipment. Ensure MSUs and sites are in top condition, conduct weekly maintenance, collaborate on projects, assist with site surveys, update branch staff, prepare reports, stay current on technologies, manage inventory, and build client relationships.

• Work Site Location: Richmond, VA
• Set Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position may offer overtime.
