Job summary

ECAM, a GardaWorld company, based in Allentown, PA, seeks a proactive Tier II Low Voltage Technician to design, install, service and maintain Mobile Surveillance Units, CCTV, alarms and related equipment. You’ll perform weekly maintenance, update staff, and build client relationships while traveling up to 75% of the time within the territory.

Role requires one year of hands-on CCTV/alarm experience, knowledge of low-voltage electronics, and a valid US driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training preferred.
• One year of hands-on experience with CCTV or alarm system installation.
• Technical knowledge of CCTV, access control, and low-voltage electronics.

Responsibilities

• Ensure MSUs and sites are fully operational and documented; perform weekly maintenance.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure on-budget project completion.
• Support site surveys and liaise with subcontractors, installers, and sales staff.
