James Babcock Inc. Electrical Contractors is seeking a Low Voltage Communication Technician to install cabling and equipment for security, access control, CCTV, and other low voltage systems in Indiana. This long-term, family-like company promotes quality workmanship and timely project completion.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Minimum 3 years of low-voltage electrical experience.
• NICET or BICSI certification is beneficial but not required.
• Completion of a trade school is preferred.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, crawl, climb, kneel, balance, push, pull, and reach overhead.
• Ability to lift up to 150 lbs. with help as required.
• Drug testing is required.

• Install low voltage cabling and equipment for communication, access control, CCTV, fire alarms, intrusion detection, sound systems, fiber optics, and other low voltage systems while maintaining high quality and timely job performance.
