Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand and meet their needs.
- Understand and apply local, state, and federal electrical codes.
- Interpret drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate daily/weekly tasks with Project Manager/Foreman.
- Work independently and proactively to plan and execute tasks.
- Interact professionally with other trades.
- Maintain a safe and clean work site.
- Participate actively in job-site processes to help management anticipate and overcome potential conflicts or work flow issues.
- Present a professional appearance to customers, other trades, and the public.
- Set and pursue career goals, such as certifications, licensing, classes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience with low‑voltage installations, including data/comm, fiber, HVAC controls, Fire Alarm, Security, Access Control.
- Ability to carry out the physical demands of the job, including lifting, carrying, bending, crawling, climbing, balancing, repetitive use of arms, hands and fingers.
- Strong work ethic with an emphasis on safety.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to follow through on assigned tasks.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision or with a team to complete projects on time.
- Good interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Must pass a pre‑hire drug screening test and background check.
- Valid Driver’s License.

Schedule
This is a full‑time position with an 8-hour shift. Weekend work and overtime are available. The successful candidate must be able to commute or relocate to Arden, NC.
