Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 7 years of post-graduation engineering experience.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in calibration engineering.

Responsabilités

• Own and lead LVI feature performance and ecosystem health status across vehicle programs.
• Coordinate calibration planning efforts to ensure high-quality, on-time release of LVI calibration scripts.
• Lead the technical development of calibration engineers through mentoring, coaching, and skill-building initiatives to elevate overall team capability and execution quality.
• Compile and release high-quality and defect free LVI calibration scripts using tools such as CRETA, ensuring alignment with program milestones.
• Support resource planning and requirement identification for calibration development activities, while facilitating story creation and ensuring seamless integration into Scrum workflows using JIRA.
• Lead issue resolution efforts across vehicle, plant, durability/dyno, and customer domains, driving timely closure and long-term corrective actions.
