Job summary

General Motors is seeking a Lead Calibration Engineer for its Low Voltage Infrastructure team. You will own LVI feature performance, coordinate calibration planning, and mentor engineers to deliver robust calibrations across vehicle programs.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive issue resolution, and support simulation, lab, and vehicle testing to ensure high-quality, reliable low voltage controls. Hybrid work is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 7 years of post-graduation engineering experience.
• 2+ years hands-on calibration engineering experience.
• Proficiency with JIRA, INCA, Vehicle Spy, CRETA, MDA, MATLAB/Simulink.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead LVI feature performance across vehicle programs.
• Coordinate calibration planning for high-quality LVI scripts.
• Mentor calibration engineers to elevate team capability.
• Release high-quality LVI calibration scripts with CRETA.
• Support Scrum workflows with JIRA and story creation.
• Lead issue resolution across vehicle, plant, durability/dyno, and customer domains.
