Next Level Technician is seeking a Low Voltage Technician for the Volvo Plant in Dublin, VA. The role offers pay of $20-$22 per hour, weekly pay, and benefits, with opportunities to work on varied low voltage projects across Virginia and national clients.

You will install and test structured cabling, access control, CCTV, AV, and fiber optic systems, while following strict safety procedures and blueprints. This is a hands-on role in an industrial setting.

Competenze

• 1+ year of commercial or industrial low voltage experience.
• Structured cabling, voice/data, or security systems knowledge preferred.
• BICSI, Lift, OSHA certifications a plus.
• Basic PPE and hand tools required (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots).
• Working knowledge of telecom and data network infrastructure.
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic.

Mansioni

• Pull, terminate, dress, and label CAT5e/CAT6 cable.
• Test installed cable using Fluke or similar testing equipment.
• Punch down voice and data jacks.
• Install racks, patch panels, cable trays, cabinets, MDF/IDF rooms, and related infrastructure.
• Work safely on ladders and lifts while maintaining quality workmanship.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and system layouts.
• Install and support access control, CCTV, audio visual, and fiber optic systems.
• Follow all site safety requirements and procedures.
