Job summary

EloDesigns of Sarasota is seeking a Residential Low Voltage Project Manager to orchestrate technology in some of the most prestigious estates. You will lead the integration of structured cabling, whole-home A/V, networking, and lighting/shade control to create smart, elegant living spaces.

Collaborate with architects, interior designers and elite builders, while managing schedules, risks, RFIs and changes with precision. PMP certification or equivalent experience is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in managing luxury residential low voltage projects.
• Mastery of shades, lighting control, audio/video, networking and automation systems.
• Ability to interpret architectural plans and translate vision into execution.
• PMP certification or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of advanced low voltage systems in luxury estates.
• Coordinate with architects, designers and builders to weave technology into homes.
• Oversee structured cabling, whole-home A/V, networking and automation.
• Manage schedules, risks, changes and RFIs to ensure on-time delivery.

What Sets You Apart

Proven expertise in managing luxury residential low voltage projects

Mastery of shades, lighting control, audio/video, networking, and automation systems

A refined eye for detail and an instinct for excellence

Ability to interpret architectural plans and translate vision into flawless execution

Hands-on proficiency with AutoCAD, Visio, or Bluebeam ensuring precision and clarity in complex luxury projects

Command of advanced project management tools such as risk registers, change order logs, and RFIs demonstrating discipline, foresight, and control in delivering projects of distinction

Expertise in software-based resource scheduling orchestrating teams, timelines, and materials with the precision expected in multimillion-dollar estates

Fluency in task management platforms such as ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana, and others leveraging technology to maintain transparency, accountability, and seamless collaboration across elite project teams

A reputation for discretion and confidentiality, trusted to manage projects for elite clientele

PMP certification or equivalent experience preferred
