Job summary

Executive Electronics of Southwest Florida is seeking a Lead Integration Technician to oversee AV integration projects for luxury residences in Southwest Florida. You will lead a crew, architect smart environments, and ensure client satisfaction on complex deployments.

Work focuses on Control4, Elan, Lutron and Vantage systems, with an emphasis on quality craftsmanship and ownership of the installation process. Local, consistent work in Naples and Bonita Springs is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Deep experience in AV integration and troubleshooting.
• Ability to lead a crew through multi-phase installations.
• Strong knowledge of IP networks, VLANs, and control systems.
